With the G-8 barely seated at the table, multiple explosions rocked London's transit system in what British officials deemed, another act of terrorism "with all the ear marks of Al Qaida". Almost immediately, stories began to circulate on the web, claiming another inside job comparable to the Madrid Train bombings of March 11, 2004. From the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City to the World Trade Center's twin towers, stories abound with testimony and evidence contrary to the official "explanation". Is anyone really surprised? Having grown up at a time when virtually every powerful, "liberal" politician was assassinated before my very eyes...and having watched numerous key witnesses and "players" either commit "suicide" or die in a suspicious plane crash.......no, I'm not surprised, at all. What surprises me is that there are so many ignorant people still unwilling to question any of this. The blind faith they have in their leaders seems to be all too terribly reminiscent of the German people before World War II.......but then, this is another global "push" by the fascists, isn't it?
Already, there is talk of the "new" cold war with China, as they have made dramatic economic gains {mostly through the trade imbalance with American companies like Walmart} and are pumping much of their profits into domestic industrialization and modernizing the Chinese military {already the largest "man for man" army in the world}. All but ignored by the Media, just days ago, China made an "anti-globalization" pact with their old friends, the Russians. Apparently, they recognize what the neo-cons are up to and are getting just a bit nervous about it all.
The Russians, of course, have a long history of "involvement" in the Middle East, and are none too happy about the loss of former Soviet satellite countries like Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, who have discovered extremely rich oil reserves during the last decade. The U.S. has been courting these countries for some time, not only for their oil production but also for the easements needed to build the pipelines that will carry that oil South through Afghanistan and Pakistan, diverting it away from the only other existing route, the "Russian" pipelines.
Other accommodations include facilitating our military, as did Uzbekistan when they provided us with an air base for supporting our attacks upon their Southern neighbor, Afghanistan...which quite incidentally, was controlled at the time by the Taliban, who had taken our "aid" and then backed away from the pipeline "deal".
With each country that is "allied" or "occupied", the noose is tightened on the others. Eventually, the neo-cons hope to capture the flow of oil away from the Russians, sending it to Southern Pakistani ports and on to the far East, thereby controlling the export of that oil to our emerging competitors, the Chinese.
What a plan!!! My hat's off to you, Mr. Wolfowitz...a truly brilliant piece of creative conquest, it is. You've really thought of everything, haven't you? Well.......maybe not everything.
Maybe you forgot, the Third Reich was to last a "thousand years"...but didn't make the quarter century. Maybe you forgot that when threatened, even the smallest rat will bare it's sharp little teeth and ferociously attack. And just maybe, you've also forgotten that Iran DOES have weapons of mass destruction and will not hesitate to use them, if we invade.
As more and more questions appear concerning the true reasons behind this "war on terror".......and more and more chairs become vacant at American supper tables, our countrymans' misplaced enthusiasm is slowly beginning to erode. The question is, is it already too late to stop these wars of global conquest?
Our leaders have set "hatreds" in motion that will "last a thousand years". If only it took that long for a nuclear device to travel to New York City.
